Who knew that you could be EFY counselors when you were married? We sure didn't. But, then the Bishop called and asked us to. We decided to give it a shot. Right before we went, we were pretty hesitant, but after we went, we loved it!! If any of you know Robert and I, you know that we are not really the EFY type. I was kinda nervous that we'd end up being bad influences, but we managed to avoid that somehow. I was also a little nervous that we'd be way to blunt with our kids (remember that I work in inner-city Ogden), but we managed to avoid that too.
Both Robert and I got a great group of kids. They were really fun. The program we did was a stay-at-home program, so we just met up at Weber State every day. A lot of our kids were from South Davis County, and ever since we've been done, Robert keeps thinking he sees them everywhere. It's kinda funny.
Here's a few pictures/videos that we took at the end of the week. Watching the videos will show you a side of Robert that you may have never seen before. I'm not sure that I had until EFY.
